Shipping FAQS

After placing your order with us please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed, collected by courier and arrive. Please allow an extra couple days if your address is rural or if it is peak time (e.g. Christmas). Once your order has been dropped off to our nearest postal service we will notify you of the tracking number via email.

If you are concerned about the length of time your order is taking, please contact us immediately and we will look into it for you. 

We put a lot of time and care into packaging all of your orders so that you receive them safely and all in one piece. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide a solution.

Shipping is currently only available within NZ.
